Apline Group is a multidisciplinary cardiovascular and cardiac rehabilitation 24/7 facility focused on the treatment and management of cardiovascular diseases and trigger diseases using both invasive and non-invasive procedures, as well as preventive cardiology.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Growth Analyst / Reconciliation Officer
Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Monitoring and performing the reconciliation of account on a daily basis.
• Make recommendations based on analytics and test findings.
• Drive optimization and data-minded culture inside the company.
• Monitoring of current workflow and responsibility to investigate and resolve any discrepancies in HMO payment on a timely manner.
• Preparing various daily/weekly/monthly reports, related to client funds and balances.
• Analyze, forecast, and build custom reports to make key performance indicators and insights available to the entire company.
• Monitor, optimize, and report on marketing and growth metrics and split-test results.
• Develop frameworks, models, tools, and processes to ensure that analytical insights can be incorporated into all key decision making.
• Effectively present and communicate analysis to the company to drive business decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Business Administration.
• 0 - 2 years cognate experience.
