Job Position: Head of Finance (EPC)

Job Location: Abule Egba, Lagos

Job Summary


  • As the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, management, and running of all financial activities of the company.
  • This includes business planning, budgeting, forecasting, governance, risk management, and negotiations.
  • You will also oversee investor relations and partnership compliance, while providing leadership and commercial insight to support the company’s long-term growth.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, direction, and management of the finance and accounting team
  • Develop strategic recommendations to the CEO/Executive Management Team
  • Manage financial forecasting, budgeting, and oversee preparation of all financial reporting
  • Advise on long-term financial and business planning initiatives
  • Provide commercial insight and leadership to exceed business plan targets
  • Ensure risk and compliance management frameworks are embedded and operational
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior management, investors, and external stakeholders
  • Review and oversee all finance, HR, and IT-related formal procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance experience, with proven leadership and management exposure
  • Chartered Accountant (ICAN, CPA) required; MBA is highly desirable
  • Strong entrepreneurial, strategic planning, and financial management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with executive presence
  • Ability to work effectively with senior management, investors, and external stakeholders.

N900,0000 - N1,000,000 monthly.
