Sustainable Healthcare Initiative (SHI) is an autonomous, indigenous Programme & Supply chain Management organization with emphasis on the design, development and implementation of solutions to meet Programme Management challenges. We are seeking to employ suitable and qualified candidates for various open positions.


Position:  Monitoring and Evaluation Manager 
BASIC FUNCTION:
The Malaria Monitoring & Evaluation Manager reports directly to the Program Director and provides technical expertise in overseeing the M & E Team, planning, budgeting, work plan development and implementation. The primary responsibility is Project management research with the sole responsibility of developing mechanism to collect TIMELY and ACCURATE indicators for monitoring and evaluation with information systems involved in the collection of indicators for Malaria.

Requirements: 
Applicants to this position should have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in medical or allied sciences, Master’s degree preferred, in a health-related or social sciences discipline with strong M&E or research skills (MPH an advantage). Minimum of 5-7 years relevant experience in the health development sector with Strong working knowledge in formulating and developing Malaria M&E guidelines and policies and prepare annual M&E reviews. Proficiency in computer packages such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Epi-info and SPSS are necessary.

Position:  Health Commodities Procurement & Sales Officer 
BASIC FUNCTION:
The Health Commodities Procurement and Sales Officer reports directly to the Director, Supply Chain Systems and provides technical expertise to the field sales team and for the procurement of all pharmaceutical products, medical consumables and other organizational needs. 

Requirements: 
Applicants to this position should have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy. Minimum of 2-4 years relevant experience with a good understanding of import and clearing process. Avery good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages especially excel with added strength in office/process documentation and filling is also needed.

Position: Programme Manager 
BASIC FUNCTION:The Programme Manager reports directly to the Program Director and provides technical and programme expertise to the entire programme team. The primary responsibility is project management and to provide technical advice on malaria field support activities, participating in design of new programmes/projects and evaluation of ongoing programmes, and providing advice on malaria specific interventions while working effectively with development partners, Civil Society Organizations and Ministry of Health at national and state levels.

Requirements:Applicants must possess a medical background with Master’s degree in Public Health or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years working experience on donor projects in Nigeria with a good knowledge of epidemiology and significant understanding of Operations Research techniques and proficiency in computer packages such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Epi-info and SPSS are necessary.
