Job Summary

• We seek to recruit a Hotel Manager to direct and control all operations.
• He/She will be responsible for giving strategic guidance and direction to ensure that the company achieves its business objectives.

Job Description

• Oversee day-to-day operations, assigning weekly performance goals and assuring their completion, while accomplishing your own goals.
• Developing and implementing growth strategies.
• Training low-level staff.
• Reviewing and improving organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivated work environment, and creating innovative approaches for improvement.
• Improving efficiency and increase profits while managing the overall operations of the Hotel.
• Managing staff, employing marketing strategies, and ensuring all facets of the business runs smoothly
• Take responsibility for driving expansion and growth.
• Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas.

Job Rquirements

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years requisite experience, 3 years of which must have been in a managerial capacity in a hotel.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized.
• Strong work ethic.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Computer literate.
• Proactive nature.
