Job Description

• We are looking for a proactive and diligent Manager who can properly organize and manage a hotel.
• You must be a self-starter and be able to take up responsibilities with little or no supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ability to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Proactively respond to situations in a professional manner.
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Must be able to incorporate a Preventive Maintenance type of attitude.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable institution.
• Proven Experience in a similar role.
• Excellent organization/ skills.
