Job Position: HR Associate

Job Location: Mainland, Lagos

Job Summary


  • The HR Associate is responsible for supporting various human resource functions, including recruitment, training onboarding and employee relations. 
  • This role ensures smooth HR operations and enhances the employee experience through efficient HR processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Source candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain a talent pool database for future hiring needs.
  • Assist in coordinating learning and development and liaising with ITF
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in conflict resolution and provide support in employee grievance handling.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
  • Collect and process employee attendance, leaves, and overtime for payroll preparation
  • Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating training sessions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in an HR role preferred.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
