Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a passion for talent management and organizational development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processes.
- Maintain HR records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
- Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Provide HR support and guidance to management and employees on HR-related matters.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
