We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: HR Manager

Job Location: Abeokuta, Ogun
Employment Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities


  • Lead the HR and training function within your Hotel. It’s all yours!
  • Work closely with and support your Hotel Management team – they are constantly moving between training sessions, team welfare, incentive planning, payroll and all other areas of HR which will require your expertise, support and challenge
  • Ensure our guest experience is paramount
  • Keep your finger on the pulse
  • Be ahead of the game, recognising talent and ensuring the right intervention is delivered at the right time to make a difference

Requirements

  • You will have demonstrable experience in advising, building relationships and operate with credibility and gravitas
  • You will be confident in your own ability and have significant experience of providing HR support in a fastpaced, commercial environment
  • With the ability to use judgement, discretion and tact you will show integrity in your dealings with confidential information
  • With a positive approach, you will have the courage to challenge where necessary
  • Guest focussed, you will have the desire to deliver results to the highest possible standards
  • A selfstarter, you will have a proven track record of gaining trust within a business and in delivering results which add value and fit with the culture
  • You will enjoy a challenge and have personal drive, showing initiative in all that you do
  • With sound judgement underpinned by knowledge you will be up to date with employment law and compliance
  • CIPD qualification would be advantageous, but not essential
