We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Human Resource / Admin Manager (Female)

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • A reputable cosmetic company is in need of a competent HR / Admin manager to join the team. Someone with good knowledge of labor law, and can manage people.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle end-end recruitment on Sales girls/ Ambassadors, Admin staff, Factory workers, Marketer etc
  • Managing the complete workforce of the company.
  • Updating HR documents and staff records
  • Prepare payroll and incentives with proper LIRS tax deduction.
  • Monitor and supervise ambassadors virtually and physicall at various outlet and sending of modalities.
  • Handles induction and onboarding process.
  • Reviewing company policies
  • Ensuring legal compliance
  • Recording sickness and holiday leave
  • Filing employment contracts.
