Job Position: Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)

Job Location: Ikom, Cross River
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Overview

• The HRBP will collaborate with business leaders to drive organisational performance, ensure compliance and embed a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

• To serve as a strategic guide to regional managers and business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Performance management and talent optimisation
• To carry out HR operations and compliance
• Outsource management
• Recruitment, Onboarding and Vendor Management
• Employee engagement and wellbeing
• Planning and reporting.

Requirements

• Qualification: B.Sc / HND in HRM, Business Admin and other related fields
• Experience: 3 - 5 years and above
• Gender: Male and Female
• Age: Not more than 45 years.

Abilities / Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and HR best practices
• Proficiency with the HRIS system
• Strong analytical, communication and conflict resolution skills
• Professional HR certification, e.g CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, is a plus.

Salary
N350,000 monthly.
