Overview

• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resource Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping and executing HR strategies to support the organization's overall goals.
• This position requires a seasoned HR professional with a proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and strategic HR planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, keeping abreast of industry trends.
• Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
• Lead performance management initiatives, including goal setting, appraisals, and professional development plans.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters in a fair and consistent manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CIPM, SHRM or HRCI.
• Experience in organizational development and change management.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 / month.
