Mopson Pharmaceutical Limited has been in the business of manufacturing and supply of medicines since 1980. The company has been the preferred supplier of most of the pharmaceutical requirements of government institutions like the Government Hospitals, University Teaching Hospitals, industrial clinics, private hospitals and clinics in Nigeria.

Job Summary

• Daily tracking of production output.
• Weekly production output.
• Recruitment, selection & placement of personnel.
• Identify reward for staff.
• Administration of performance appraisal exercise.
• Proper monitoring of staff.
• Supervise hygiene and safe working environment for staff.
• Involves in-house training.
• Handles staff record.
• Monitors compliance of work procedures in the organization and control of man-hour less.
• Supervises operational services, hygiene and safe working environment for staff.
