Kaptain Foods Limited is a food processing company established in 2015 to produce a blend of pre-cooked food products.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Human Resources Generalist

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Brief

• We are looking for a skilled HR officer who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you will contribute to making the company a better place to work.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of HR initiative and system
• Provide counseling on policies and procedures
• Be actively involved in the recruitment process.
• Develop training and development programs
• Assist in performance management processes
• Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc) according to policy and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 4 - 6 years of work experience.
• Proven experience as HR officer, administrator in an FMCG organization
• Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc).
• Understanding of labour law and disciplinary procedures.
• Must reside in Lagos Nigeria.
• CIPM/SHRM.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
