We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Human Resources Generalist

Job Location: Eti Osa, Lagos

Role Overview

• The HR Officer will be responsible for managing HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance.
• This role requires someone proactive, people-oriented, and able to align HR practices with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full recruitment cycle (job postings, interviews, onboarding).
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage employee records, payroll support, and benefits administration.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate staff training, learning, and development initiatives.
• Support performance management and appraisal systems.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
• Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in HR management or related HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance standards.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
• HR certifications (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD) are an added advantage.
