Job Position: Inventory / Warehouse Manager 

Job Location: Maryland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing confirmed orders, preparing goods for dispatch, and ensuring accurate stock management at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Process confirmed orders received from the customer care team
• Package and prepare all confirmed orders for timely dispatch
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock counts
• Ensure proper handling and organization of warehouse inventory
• Work efficiently under pressure to meet daily operational targets

Key Responsibilities of a Warehouse Manager:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and workflow
• Receive, store, and organize inventory properly
• Ensure accurate stock counts and maintain inventory records
• Process and fulfill customer orders promptly
• Package goods and prepare them for dispatch or delivery
• Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks
• Monitor stock levels and initiate restocking when necessary
• Ensure safe handling, storage, and movement of goods
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards in the warehouse
• Coordinate with customer service, logistics, and suppliers
• Track incoming and outgoing goods and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare inventory and operational reports
• Work under pressure to meet deadlines and operational targets
• Team-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
• Residence in or around Maryland, Obanikoro, Palm Grove, Bariga, Ilaje, Gbagada, Onipan, Sabo, Outer Surulere, Ojota, Alapere, Ketu, Anthony, Oshodi, or nearby areas is an added advantage.

Salary

• N100,000 monthly.
