Job Summary

• Information Technology (IT) professionals design, develop, and manage computer systems, networks, and applications.
• They also troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to users.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop:Create computer systems, networks, and applications
• Analyze and troubleshoot:Identify technical problems and find software errors
• Implement and support:Deploy IT solutions to solve problems and support users
• Maintain and monitor:Ensure systems are running properly and securely
• Provide advice:Recommend the best IT applications for a company's needs
• Communicate:Collaborate with colleagues, staff, and clients to facilitate communication
• Manage data:Create backup copies of data and ensure data integrity and security
