We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: IT Officer


Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st line support for local and remote end-users, resolving IT related technical issues and providing support for users.
  • Able to talk staff through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
  • Have a good understanding of LAN/WAN technologies.
  • Ensure that incidents are logged and tracked using formal documentation.
  • Skilled in maintenance and repairs of PCs and perform periodic (and preventive) maintenance on them.
  • Support branches during downtimes, and promptly escalating the problem while initiating procedures to ensure business continuity.
  • Able to handle installation and configuration of computer hardware and operating systems, and applications.
  • Able to implement all aspects of Echo-Scan’s IT security and ensure compliance with Data Protection Regulations.

Requirements

  • First Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in similar job role
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong computer skills and experience with IT software
  • Professional demeanor and competent problem solver.
