We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: IT Officer
Job Locations: Ojodu Berger, Lagos Mainland - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Expectations

• Network Management: Manage and maintain the organization's computer network, ensuring its security, stability, and performance.
• System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, including hardware and software.
• Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot technical issues, including hardware and software problems, and provide timely solutions.
• Cybersecurity: Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect the organization's data and systems from cyber threats.
• Data Management: Manage and maintain the organization's data, including data storage, backup, and recovery.
• Help Desk Support: Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Software Support: Provide support for software applications, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Hardware Support: Provide support for computer hardware, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Graphics design, video editing and posting on the organization’s social media pages.
• Experience working in an FMCG will be an added advantage.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience: Relevant experience in IT, including network management, system administration, and technical support.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft MCSA.
• Skills: Strong technical skills, including proficiency in operating systems, networking, and software applications.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proximity to Ojodu Berger and environs is strongly advised as only those who live close will be considered.

Salary
N90,000 - N100,000 monthly.
