Description

• CubeNox is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support / Managed Services Engineer to join our growing team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, managing IT infrastructure, and ensuring seamless IT operations for our clients across Nigeria and globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line technical support to clients (remote and on-site)
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot IT networks, servers, and systems
• Install, configure, and manage hardware, software, and operating systems
• Resolve business-critical IT issues in a timely and professional manner
• Assist in implementing and maintaining IT policies, security, and backup solutions
• Support cloud services, email systems, and remote working tools
• Document technical procedures and support activities
• Liaise with clients to deliver clear, jargon-free technical advice.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Proven experience in IT support or managed services
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and basic cybersecurity
• Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
