We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: IT System Support Officer

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• You will manage an automated Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• The entire system is integrated and allows for electronic signals to be converted to mechanical signals.
• Warehouse data is contained in an SOL database.
• You will be responsible for mapping existing processes and future process improvement opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Interact with SQL and MS SQL databases.
• Advise and propose business process improvement.
• Zebra printer management and periodic maintenance.
• Review databases (SQLite) and ensure they are free from inconsistent state.
• Drive process standardization aligned with best/preferred practices for FMCG.
• Monitor and escalate exception within the WMS.
• Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests around WMS.
• Ensure that daily backup for the database is replicating to defined network location.
• Repair and replace equipment as necessary on the printers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Warehouse Management Experience
• Knowledge of .Net Framework, SQL and MS SQL
• Understanding of window server operating systems.
• Database Management Experience

Salary Range
N200,000 - N300,000 / month.
