1.) Sales Executive

2.) Creative Designer

Job Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Work with other creative team members to produce content
• Create guidelines for how logos and other branding materials should be displayed and used.
• Make sure projects are finished on time and to a high standard. Define the company's creative direction and brand guidelines
• Prioritize and oversee numerous projects while adhering to design guidelines and financial constraints
• Utilize graphic design software and work with a variety of mediums
• Help make design choices (e.g., fonts and colors) for all content the company will use
• Create and design various print and digital marketing products
• Develop concepts, graphics and layouts, including making decisions about fonts, images, readability and readers’ needs
• Use colors, typography, shapes, textures, values, and lines to craft the brand standard for use across social platforms and our website
• Create digital posts, banners, and icons for use across our social platforms.

3.) Real Estate Unit Manager

Job Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• Responsible in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department or assigned unit including hiring and training employees
• Creating and implementing policies and procedures that will build up the team and ensure optimum utilization of resources
• Ensuring that all company policies, rules, and regulations are being observed and recommending changes when necessary
• Providing leadership, coaching, counseling, and motivation to team members in order to assist them in meeting their sales objectives
• Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and translate business strategies to the team
• To conduct regular sales meetings, translate business strategies and ensure monthly target for the team is met.

Required Skills And Qualifications

• BA / B.Sc / HND in Marketing or any related discipline
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Marketing
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Possess strong negotiating and transactional skills
• Problem-solving and decision.
• Applicant must reside within Lekki/Ajah axis of Lagos State

Salary
N80,000 - N500,000 monthly.
