1.) Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities
Inventory Management:

  • Maintain a fully-stocked inventory of food supplies, beverages, utensils, and other restaurant essentials.
  • Regularly monitor stock levels, anticipate demand, and reorder items as needed.
  • Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent spoilage, contamination, or wastage.

Order Fulfillment:


  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to receive deliveries promptly.
  • Inspect goods upon arrival, verify quantities, and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Organize storage areas efficiently for easy access and retrieval.

Stock Rotation and FIFO:

  • Implement First-In-First-Out (FIFO) system for perishable items.
  • Rotate stock regularly to minimize waste and maintain freshness.

Hygiene and Safety:

  • Adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
  • Monitor expiry dates and remove expired items promptly.
