We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Corporate Marketing, Branding and Communication Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast, and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands
  • Managing brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term
  • Competitor and customer insights analysis
  • Keeping up with competitors across markets to keep up to date with trends, as well as trying to predict future trends
  • Measurement and evaluation of marketing communication campaigns, reviewing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports
  • Supervising advertising, product/service design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding
  • Meeting with clients and working with colleagues across multiple departments (such as Production, Digital, Business Development Managers etc.)
  • Managing brand budgets across departmental touch points
  • Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media
  • Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as working with the Business Development team to develop new business opportunities
  • Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding
  • Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items
  • Overseeing the organization of events such as product launches, exhibitions, and photo shoots.
  • Collaborating with Business Development team develops marketing partnerships with retailers, media partners, and other external partners to broaden the reach of the business’s brand messaging.
  • Conducts research and analyses, translating campaign performance into communication documents and reports, which are distributed to senior brand marketing management and key stakeholders. Some of these documents are marketing briefs, competitive analyses, campaign recap decks, and so forth.
  • In charge of providing strategic input and direction for the brand, developing non-campaign brands while keeping the company’s vision, mission, and objectives in mind; and advising internal and external stakeholders on issues relevant to the brand.
  • Gathers and analyzes information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Collaborates in the development of new products.
  • Composes, develops, evaluates, and conducts training on marketing activities, strategies, and policies.
  • Collaborates, participates in, and coordinates promotional activities or trade shows.
  • Conducts market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to assess and ensure the sale and profitability of products.
  • Conducts pricing research and analysis to ensure competitive product and service pricing.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identifies needs for new products and services and makes recommendations to leadership.
  • Analyzes and evaluates financial aspects of product development.
  • Negotiates contracts for services needed to execute a marketing strategy.

2.) Dispatch / Tricycle Rider

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a reliable and responsible Dispatch/ Tricycle Rider to join our team.
  • As a Dispatch/ Tricycle Rider, you will be responsible for delivering products and other items to designated locations in a timely and efficient manner.
  • You will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive their products in excellent condition.
  • The ideal candidate should have excellent navigation skills, financial transaction skills, a valid rider's license, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Safely and efficiently deliver products and other items to designated locations within the assigned time frames.
  • Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely delivery and optimize fuel consumption.
  • Collect necessary signatures and payments from recipients upon delivery, as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, including the recipient's name, delivery time, and any relevant notes.
  • Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, such as checking oil, fuel, and tire pressure levels, and reporting any issues or malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.
  • Obtain and review delivery instructions, including addresses, contact information, and special instructions.
  • Load and unload products from the delivery bike/Tricycle, ensuring that they are handled with care to prevent damage.
  • Follow traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of yourself, other road users, and the items being delivered.
  • Maintain a clean and organized delivery bike at all times.

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid rider's license for motorcycles and/or automobiles, as required by the company.
  • Proven experience as a dispatch rider or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic patterns.
  • Strong navigational skills and the ability to use GPS devices effectively.
  • Ability to handle and deliver items with care, ensuring that they arrive in excellent condition.
  • Physically fit and able to lift and carry packages of varying weights.

3.) Civil Engineer

Job Location: Lagos

  • As a Civil Engineer specializing in Tastee Group, you will play a vital role in the design, construction, and maintenance of our restaurant facilities.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our locations meet regulatory standards, are structurally sound, and provide an optimal environment for both customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and oversee the construction of new locations, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.
  • Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for potential restaurant locations.
  • Develop and implement maintenance programs to ensure the long-term integrity of our restaurant facilities.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop detailed construction plans and schedules.
  • Manage construction budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in civil engineering, particularly as they relate to QSR sector.
