  • This role involves assessing processes, identifying discrepancies, and providing actionable insights to improve restaurant operations.

Responsibilities


  • Perform routine audits on financial transactions, inventory management, and food safety protocols.
  • Assess compliance with regulatory and company standards in kitchen, service, and storage areas.
  • Review and verify sales records, receipts, and cash handling procedures.
  • Conduct spot-checks on inventory and reconcile any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement corrective actions based on audit findings.
