1.) Account Officer

Job Location: Ketu, Lagos

Job Description
Maintain General Ledger:


  • Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs
  • Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
  • Ensuring bills and payroll are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
  • Processing due invoices for payments
  • Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment, and other charges
  • Analyzing workflow processes
  • Prompt at invoicing and billing.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
  • Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries, and reconciling books of accounts.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an OND / HND qualification with 2 - 5 years of work experience.

2.) Operations Officer

Job Description

  • We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable ICT Operations Manager (Assist.) to promote our ICT / Logistic solutions.
  • In this role, your duties will include familiarizing yourself with the technical specifications of our products, Logistics Administration and Management.

Responsibilities

  • Highly grounded in employee discipline and management.
  • Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions
  • Plan and review compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures
  • Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce, and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for receiving products, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shipping
  • Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews via preparing and completing action plans; implement importation documents, sales productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends

  • Responsible for all aspects of vehicle and heavy equipment rentals
  • Serve as a primary point of contact when there are customer issues related to product quality, customer service, or accidents and mishaps on-site.
  • Communicate customer issues with the operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
  • Work closely with GM and the management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation.
  • Communicate all operating policies and other issues at department meetings
  • Manage relationships with key operations vendors
  • Track vendor pricing, rebates, and service levels
  • Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment
  • Work closely with the inventory manager and Warehouse team to perform an analysis of our inventory and ensure we are utilizing our inventory effectively, purchasing the right products, maintaining solid inventory data, and reducing sub-rental expenses
  • Communicate with legal counsel and safety department to ensure all processes remain compliant with valid Employment Laws.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 5 - 10 years of work experience.

3.) Dispatch Rider

Job Location: Ketu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Dispatch Rider’s job description contains a variety of roles including:

  • Keeps customers informed by forwarding notice of item availability,
  • Also keeps customers informed by informing them of shipment date, method, and current status; answering questions.
  • Responsible for contacting customers to verify delivery addresses.
  • Report on all matters relating to assigned motorcycles to the supervisor.
  • Responsible for updating the Drivers’ Logbook on a daily basis with the required information.
  • Must ensure that assigned motorcycle documents/ particulars are updated and validated at all times.
  • Responsible for picking up items and delivering them safely to customers on time.
  • Ride the company’s motorcycle to accomplish official duties
  • Must observe all HSE driving-related policies to ensure the consistent safety of documents and motorcycles.
  • Must ensure that the motorcycle is cleaned routinely or when the need arises.Responsible for carrying out the daily inspection of the general condition of the assigned motorcycle and must properly lock the motorcycle when there is a need to leave them unattended.
  • Responsible for internal and external mail distribution when necessary.
  • Transporting and receiving invoices, products, and documents items quickly by motorcycle.
  • Record information, such as products received and delivered.
  • Draw up weekly route plans and commit to the same.
  • Ensure prompt and correct product pickups and record them.
  • Ensure correct products are dispatched promptly using the motorcycle.
  • Effective use of real-time Apps.
  • Ensure daily reconciliation of previous stock issued with the sales supervisor.
  • Dispatch riders sign for the package on the collection and get an appropriate person to sign for it upon delivery.
  • Plan and follow the most efficient routes for making deliveries.
  • Manage, develop, and dispatch products effectively to retail customers in assigned territories.
  • Ensure that products are available, visible, and accessible in retail outlets in assigned territories/locations.
  • Maintain daily and accurate collection, remittance, and reconciliation of products from retail outlets to the supervisor.
  • Ensure proper and efficient use of company tools (Motorcycle, Sales Application, etc).
  • Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements / Required Skills

  • Must possess a minimum of S.S.C.E / N.E.C.O / OND / N.C.E
  • 5 - 10 years of experience
  • Must be able to ride a motorcycle efficiently/professionally.
  • Must be physically fit and always dress smartly considering the Organization’s Dress Code.
  • Should be reliable and punctual
  • Must have a mature working attitude
  • Must have a complete Rider’s License.
  • Be able to work weekdays and some weekends
  • Be Hardworking, Diligent, and possess Positive Energy
  • Be friendly and Presentable
  • Must have excellent road navigation knowledge
