1.) Talent and Business Development Officer
Job Location: Nigeria
Description
- We are looking for a proactive and motivated Talent and Business Development Officer to join our team, contributing to both client acquisition and service delivery across various business units
- The Talent and Business Development Officer will play a key role in driving business growth by generating new clients, managing projects, and coordinating services within our Business Outsourcing, Recruitment, Manpower Development & Training, and Business Consulting units.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and grow the company’s portfolio.
- Manage and oversee projects across the Business Outsourcing, Recruitment, Manpower Development & Training, and Business Consulting units.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and propose appropriate services.
- Coordinate the delivery of services and ensure that project milestones and client expectations are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized talent solutions, training programs, and consulting services.
- Support recruitment efforts for internal and client staffing needs, ensuring the right talent is sourced for various positions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in business development, recruitment, or consulting.
- Proven experience in generating new business and managing client relationships.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Knowledge of HR practices, business consulting, and training methodologies is a plus.

4.) Account and Admin Officer
Job Location: Gbagada, Lagos

Description
- Mark Calthers Consulting Limited is sourcing for an Accounts Officer who will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the finance department; tracking payments to internal and external stakeholders, preparing budget forecasts, processing tax payments and returns.
Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting transactions.
- Prepare budget forecasts.
- Liaise with the human resource department to maintain an effective payroll administration
- system.
- Publish financial statements and bookkeeping ledgers in time.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure timely bank payments.
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
- Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
- Audit financial transactions and documents.
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any other related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an accountant, accounts officer or relevant role.
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Professional certification is a plus (ICAN, ACA, etc).
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software
