1.) Talent and Business Development Officer

Description


  • We are looking for a proactive and motivated Talent and Business Development Officer to join our team, contributing to both client acquisition and service delivery across various business units
  • The Talent and Business Development Officer will play a key role in driving business growth by generating new clients, managing projects, and coordinating services within our Business Outsourcing, Recruitment, Manpower Development & Training, and Business Consulting units.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and grow the company’s portfolio.
  • Manage and oversee projects across the Business Outsourcing, Recruitment, Manpower Development & Training, and Business Consulting units.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and propose appropriate services.
  • Coordinate the delivery of services and ensure that project milestones and client expectations are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized talent solutions, training programs, and consulting services.
  • Support recruitment efforts for internal and client staffing needs, ensuring the right talent is sourced for various positions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in business development, recruitment, or consulting.
  • Proven experience in generating new business and managing client relationships.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, business consulting, and training methodologies is a plus.

4.) Account and Admin Officer

Job Location: Gbagada, Lagos

Description

  • Mark Calthers Consulting Limited is sourcing for an Accounts Officer who will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the finance department; tracking payments to internal and external stakeholders, preparing budget forecasts, processing tax payments and returns.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all accounting transactions.
  • Prepare budget forecasts.
  • Liaise with the human resource department to maintain an effective payroll administration
  • system.
  • Publish financial statements and bookkeeping ledgers in time.
  • Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
  • Ensure timely bank payments.
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
  • Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
  • Audit financial transactions and documents.
  • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any other related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an accountant, accounts officer or relevant role.
