We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Senior Accountant
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports
- Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
- Prepare or direct preparation of financial statements, business activity reports, financial position forecasts, annual budgets, and/or reports required by the managing director.
- Preparation of monthly payroll.
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information, e.g. bank accounts, trade receivables, trade payables, stock, inter-branch accounts, etc.
- Monthly/Quarterly/Annual analysis of financial statements
- Analyze and review budgets and expenditures.
- Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing statement of affairs, comprehensive Income Statement location wise, global and other reports as demanded by the Managing Director.
- Guides account officer by coordinating activities and supervising assigned tasks.
- Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels and ensure expenditure control.
- Handling preparation and filing of tax returns and compliance issues.
- Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions. E.g. Tax Management of Federal, State, and Local Government.
- Secures financial information by completing database backups.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and ensuring managerial support to operations.
- Explain accounting policies to staff when required.
- Recommend, develop, and maintain financial databases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems.
- Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
- Under the supervision of the Internal Auditor manage the production of Annual and Quarterly reports and Accounts and the associated supporting evidence and reconciliations.
- Production of a statutory-based set of management accounts, including balance sheets monthly to prepare monthly management accounts.
- Other duties as may be assigned by internal management.
Qualifications and Experience
- A University Degree in Accounting or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of working experience within the finance/audit and control department of a corporate organization or professional services organization.
- Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, ICAN, CFA, etc.
Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 Monthly.

3.) Business Development Manager
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Identify potential Corporate Clients, assess their creditworthiness, and target them for closure within a set timeframe.
- Identify and acquire new customers within the corporate environment and also ensure their profitability is maintained
- Actively contribute to the growth strategy and wider business plan of the company.
- Increasing the value of new clients while attracting new ones
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging the network.
- Build, manage, and maintain customer database for CRM purposes
- To explore customer needs with the aim of matching products with the Customer Value Proposition.
- Following up on new business opportunities and setting up meetings with corporate clients.
- Identifying business opportunities and pinpointing problem areas to further increase sales volume and profitability per product sales.
- Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports. May have to submit other unscheduled reports.
- Explore opportunities with existing customers to get increased business and Cross-sell to increase engagement with customers.
Qualifications
- First degree or equivalent education
- Minimum 5 years post NYSC work experience with at least 2 in a supervisory or managerial
- position
- Digital Marketing experience needed.
- Training in Customer Service and financial management will be an advantage
- Retail training will be an advantage
- Luxury Brand Experience is an added advantage
