1.) Sales Girl / Representative

Job Summary


  • We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Girl/Rep to join our Fasion House.
  • ]The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, processing sales, coordinating deliveries, and supporting the Sales Manager in daily operations.
  • The candidate must reside in Surulere, Lagos, or nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in selecting products that suit their preferences.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and offering styling recommendations.
  • Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records of purchases.
  • Ensure all purchased items are properly packaged and dispatched to customers promptly.
  • Coordinate with delivery personnel to track and confirm successful deliveries.
  • Assist the Sales Manager with inventory management, stock replenishment, and store organization.
  • Keep the boutique clean, tidy, and visually appealing for an enhanced shopping experience.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the Sales Manager when necessary.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of products, promotions, and store policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of SSCE / OND / HND in any field.
  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of sales processes and cash handling.
  • Must reside in Surulere, Lagos, or nearby areas.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.

2.) Sales Manager

Job Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Summary

  • This position offers a significant opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring strategic growth and success in achieving sales targets critical to our operations.

Scope

  • Leading and managing the sales team.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
  • Building strong client relationships.
  • Coordinating with suppliers/vendors.
  • Maintaining stock presentation and inventory management.
  • Analyzing market trends and sales data to optimize the fashion showroom performance.
  • Driving initiatives to increase showroom traffic and sales conversion rates.
  • Managing the showroom’s social media page, including uploading content and providing basic oversight.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of OND / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred butnotrequired).
  • Proven experience in sales leadership and management, preferably in fashion industry.
  • Excellent content creation abilities
  • The ideal candidate should have social media savvy.
  • Demonstrated ability to set and achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients/vendors.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 Monthly.

3.) Security Personnel

Job Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a smart, agile, and proactive Security Personnel to ensure the safety of our Fashion House, staff, and customers.
  • The ideal candidate should be physically fit, observant, and able to respond swiftly to security situations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor the boutique premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
  • Ensure the safety of staff, customers, and merchandise.
  • Conduct routine security checks and patrols within and around the boutique.
  • Control access to the store, verifying visitors and deliveries.
  • Respond promptly to any suspicious activities or security incidents.
  • Assist in opening and closing the boutique securely.
  • Maintain a log of daily security activities and report any irregularities to management.
  • Support staff in handling emergency situations such as fire outbreaks or disturbances.

Requirements

  • Must reside in Surulere, Lagos, or nearby areas.
  • Minimum of SSCE qualification.
  • Previous experience as a security officer, guard, or similar role is an advantage.
  • Physically fit, agile, and capable of standing or patrolling for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions.
  • Basic knowledge of security protocols and emergency response.

Salary
N70,000 - N90,000 Monthly.
