We are recruiting suitable candidates to fill the following positions below:

1.) Radiographer

Job Location: Mowe, Ogun

Job Description


  • We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Radiographer to join our team at Redeemers Health Village.
  • As a Radiographer, you will play a crucial role in our healthcare facility by operating imaging equipment to obtain diagnostic images for medical interpretation.
  • You will work closely with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely imaging services.

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, MRI scans, ultrasound, and fluoroscopy, as per physician orders.
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process, positioning them correctly, and ensuring their comfort and safety
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring proper functionality and safety protocols are followed.
  • Adjust imaging equipment settings to optimize image quality while minimizing radiation exposure to patients.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to review imaging results and provide additional imaging as necessary for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, including imaging procedures performed, patient histories, and other relevant information.
  • Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, as well as regulatory guidelines related to radiation safety and patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to stay current with advancements in radiography techniques and equipment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Radiography or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Valid license to practice as a Radiographer in Nigeria.
  • Strong understanding of radiation safety protocols and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience working as a Radiographer in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in operating various imaging equipment, including X-ray machines, CT scanners, MRI machines, ultrasound machines, and fluoroscopy equipment.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and maintaining patient confidentiality.

2.) Pharmacist

Job Location: Mowe, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Overview

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacist to join our team.
  • As a Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medication for our patients.
  • You will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing medication-related information to healthcare professionals and patients, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with legal requirements and professional standards.
  • Review prescriptions for accuracy and completeness, and provide consultation to patients regarding medication use, dosage, side effects, and possible interactions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes, including physicians, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team.
  • Maintain accurate patient medication records and ensure confidentiality of patient information in accordance with the Hospital’s policy.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and maintaining appropriate levels of medications and supplies.
  • Perform medication therapy management services, including medication reviews, adherence counseling, and medication therapy optimization.
  • Provide immunization services and other pharmacy-based clinical services as required by state regulations and company policies.
  • Stay current with developments in pharmaceutical research, drug therapies, and pharmacy practice guidelines.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to maintain licensure and enhance clinical skills.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and standards of practice, including safety and quality assurance protocols.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from an accredited University.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a pharmacist. Preferably in a hospital, or clinical setting.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacology, medication therapy management, and pharmaceutical calculations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Pharmacist License
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in medication dispensing and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records software.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and customer service.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

3.) Dentist

Summary

Responsibilities
Patient Consultation and Diagnosis

  • Conduct thorough oral examinations to assess patients' oral health.
  • Diagnose and communicate dental conditions, treatment options, and recommendations to patients.

Treatment Plan and Execution

  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and oral health conditions.
  • Perform dental procedures, including but not limited to cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals, and crown placements.

Preventive Care

  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care measures.
  • Administer fluoride treatments and sealants as necessary.

X-rays and Diagnostic Test

  • Order and interpret dental X-rays and diagnostic tests to aid in accurate diagnoses.

Emergency Dental Care

  • Provide prompt and effective emergency dental care when required.
  • Address and alleviate patients' dental pain and discomfort.

Collaboration with Dental Team

  • Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and support staff to ensure smooth patient flow and quality of care.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans.

Continuing Education

  • Stay abreast of advancements in dentistry through continuous learning and professional development.

Infection Control:

Patient Communication:

Qualifications

  • A Doctor of Medicine (MBBS) degree from an accredited institution
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Registered member of the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria.
  • Foreign-trained specialists must be registered with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria.
  • A valid practicing license.
  • NYSC discharge certificate or exemption letter for Nigerian citizens
  • Proven experience as a licensed Dentist.
  • Excellent diagnostic and clinical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
