1.) People Officer

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary


  • The People Officer will play a key role in supporting our HR initiatives and enhancing the employee experience.
  • This role will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management.
  • You will be a key player in building and maintaining a positive and productive work environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement policy, process, and initiatives to meet the company’s aspirations on talent management, and staff career development.
  • Conducts recruitment, sourcing, and attraction of applicants. Processes and screens applications using the selection criteria to shortlist.
  • Develop and implement programs that align the workforce with key business strategies and initiatives.
  • Identify and evaluate business initiatives to ascertain appropriate programs that meet company goals. Create definitions of desired individual or group performance.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience (usually 2-5 years) in HR/People management.
  • Experience in HR or People Operations, ideally within a fast-paced or growing organization.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and employee performance management tools (preferred).

2.) Asset Managment Officer

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary

  • The Asset Management Officer will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s asset portfolio. This role involves evaluating asset performance, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing risk, conducting asset analysis, and optimizing asset utilization.
  • The officer will work closely with finance, legal, and operational teams to ensure that all assets are well-maintained, productive, and properly valued to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience (usually 2-5 years) in asset management or a similar role, preferably within finance, real estate, or related industries.
  • Proficient in asset management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial analysis, modeling, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management.
  • Certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or FRM (Financial Risk Manager) are advantageous.
  • Experience with legal compliance and regulatory issues related to asset management.

3.) Business Sales Executive

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Business Sales Executive will focus exclusively on converting identified opportunities into closed deals, ensuring revenue generation and contributing to the company’s sales targets.
  • This role requires a results-driven professionalskilled at client engagement, negotiation, andclosing contracts.
  • The candidate will work closely with the Business Development team toachieve strategic sales objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 - 4 years of direct sales experience, preferably within the oil and gas or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success in closing sales and meeting revenue targets.
  • Strong sales acumen and closing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Confidence in negotiating and effective persuasion.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Knowledge of Nigeria and Africa's oil and gas sector is an added advantage.
