We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Plumber

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
We are looking for a plumber with a minimum of two years experience to join our already thriving team and who will be responsible for:

• Responding to, diagnosing and resolving plumbing emergencies.
• Performing routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
• Installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.
• Maintaining and repairingbroken pipes, and clogged drains.
• Manage a work log.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 - 5 years of proven work experience as a Plumber
• Candidate must reside or be willing to work in Lagos.

2.) Public Area Staff / Cleaner

Job Description

• Our hotel, VirginRose Resorts is looking for an cleaner with a minimum of one year experience to join our already thriving team.

Responsibilities

• Cleaningdesignated facility areas which includes dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.
• Performingand documentingroutine inspection.
• Notifying themanagement of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Cleaner.
• Candidate must reside or be willing to work in Lagos.

3.) Housekeeper

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing cleaning and sanitation functions where assigned within the facility.
• Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors/spills, dust mopping, cleaning tables, emptying trash receptacles, cleaning/stocking restrooms.
• Assist in maintaining the inside of the building to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Performing all other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
• Providing excellent customer service to customers and guests.
• Stocking, maintaining and transporting housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis.
• Using appropriate equipment and supplies where required.
• Contacting the Front desk as needed to retrieve lost customer items.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE qualification with a minimum of two years relevant experience as a Housekeeper as stated above.
• Capable of working at a fast pace.
• Ability to work independently and also as a team with other members.
• Candidate must reside or be willing to work in Lagos.

4.) Waiter

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Welcomingand interacting with guests in a professional manner.
• Accurate taking of guest orders.
• Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area.
• Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant patron.
• Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests.
• Delivering food from the kitchen to the guests.
• Performing shift duties like rolling silverware, per-bussing tables, wiping tables and removing debris and more.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a minimum of SSCE qualification with a minimum of one year relevant experience as a waiter as stated above.
• Applicants must be good mannered, with well spoken English.
• Ability to provide excellent service to ensure satisfaction.
• Following health code standards concerning the handling of food.
