Job Description

  • We are seeking to hire a Research Officer at a junior to middle level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing quality weekly, monthly and quarterly newsletters/review for internal and external stakeholders.

Other Duties / Responsibilities

  • Quarterly macroeconomic reviews with forecast, and analysis of major policy pronouncements and decisions
  • Provide regular industry analysis and market scan to support clients/mandate prospecting

2.) Marketing and Communications Manager

Job Location: Africa and Overseas

Job Description

  • We are seeking a seasoned and competent Marketing and Communications Manager who will provide marketing support to the sales teams.
  • The successful candidate will also manage our online and offline communication with clients and increase brand awareness.
  • To succeed in this role, you need top-notch communication, interpersonal, and as well as hands-on experience in identifying and building long-term relationships with target audiences. Ultimately, you will act as our brand’s voice to impress our customers and attract new clients.

Key Area of Responsibilities

  • Represent the company and promote its image
  • Guarantee the enforcement of Compliance rules in our business practices
  • Apply Group strategy, rules and policies
  • Marketing and Communication Manager will have to work in close collaboration with Group Communication and Digital Teams in order to make sure communication and digital activities are deployed according to Group guidelines.
  • Roll out the marketing strategy across the area and locally, in accordance with Group strategy.
  • Perform competitor analysis, measure market size, and comparisons in terms of products, prices and dead lines.

3.) Technical & Training Assistant

  • We are seeking a seasoned technical & training assistant who will provide technical support to sales people and customers.
  • Experience: 3-4 years
  • To succeed in this role, you need top-notch communication, interpersonal, and as well as hands -on project, IT & technical skills.

Key Area of Responsibilities

  • Represent the company and promote its image.
  • Guarantee compliance with Compliance rules in its activities regarding business practices.
  • Inform customers about technical questions and provide a first level of after-sales service to customers.
  • Technically assist sales managers (training, product presentation, etc.).
  • Work in close collaboration with the International Studies Office (process, use of business software, define specifications, etc.)
  • Implement technical training actions on the group's products and systems.
  • Respect the Group strategy, rules and policies.
  • Be the technical referent for your scope.
  • Carry out technical studies and quotes at the request of customers.
  • Prepare and lead internal and external technical training.
  • Monitor product and system developments, standards and competing offers.

Job Description

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for Mobilizing and controlling the day-to-day maintenance activities in the Asset with the available resources/finances in a safe and efficient manner with due regards to the protection of the environment and host communities.

Requirements / Skills

  • A professionally qualified maintenance operations Engineer with a University Degree (BSc or equivalent) in Engineering.
  • Maintenance & Integrity Engineering professional of at least 8 years’ experience - a substantial portion of which must have been spent in performing and supervising maintenance activity in the field.
  • Competence in multi-disciplinary maintenance and operations activities
  • Knowledge of production operations and Effective interpersonal & team skills.
  • Skilled in project management, finance controls and contract management.
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and establish a clear objective driven plan with appropriate performance indicators and milestones.
  • Skilled in HSSE leadership & management within sphere of influence

  • Manage KPIs (QHSSE, AIPSM compliance (SCE PM & CM compliance), LTO and compliance with statutory inspections, Equipment and terminal/BNAG/CLP facility availability, Maintenance contribution to UOC and Budget performance, Shutdown and IAP compliance, People issue and so on).
