JOB TITLE: Managing Director/CEO

Vacancy Qualifications
An understanding of the regulation guiding the Insurances brokers, Insurance Companies and clients in the industry with high proven level of professionalism.
Quality team work and leadership skills
With at least minimum of 10 years of cognate experience with 5 years not below the position of Manager in a reputable insurance company in Nigeria.
Master degree’s in Insurance, Actuarial Science or related field (professional Insurance qualification is a plus).


JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must be a good leadership and effective performance management to achieve industry leadership in the medium term. Review strategic reposition and visioning and improvement action plans for attainment of corporate objectives. As the key industrialist, provide cordial relationship of management board and existing clients. Support the effectiveness of governance and ensure quality function of the day-day management of the company.
