1.) Social Media / Graphics Designer

Job Summary


  • As Social Media Manager/Graphics Designer, your role will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies to enhance the company's online presence, drive engagement, and increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the organization's goals, target audience, and brand identity.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms, including posts, images, videos, infographics, and stories.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversion rates.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track key metrics, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Use insights from analytics to inform future social media strategy and content optimization efforts.
  • Monitor ad performance and adjust targeting and budget allocation to optimize campaign ROI.
  • Ensure all content/graphics aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging objectives.

Person Specification

  • BSc in Marketing, Communications, Graphics Design, or a related field.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing social media platforms and tools, including scheduling, publishing, and analytics platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Sound verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong understanding of social media management tools, algorithms, trends, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools.
  • Familiarity with social media advertising platforms and campaign management tools.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Good organizational skills.

Salary
N200,000 per month.

2.) Quality Control & Procurement Supervisor

Job Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • As Quality Control / Procurement Supervisor, your role involves implementing stringent quality control measures and managing supplier relationships.
  • The ideal candidate must have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the fashion industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure products meet specified standards.
  • Inspect incoming materials and finished products to meet quality and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular audits of production processes and provide feedback to improve quality.
  • Address and resolve any quality issues or defects promptly.
  • Prepare, maintain and present detailed records/reports of quality inspections, tests, and audits on quality control and procurement activities to senior management.
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers for the best prices, quality, and delivery terms.
  • Collaborate with the production team to understand and meet quality and procurement requirements.
  • Communicate quality control standards and procedures to all relevant departments.

  • 3-5 years of experience in quality control and procurement, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control standards and procedures.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with inventory management software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary

  • N150,000 monthly.

3.) Head of Finance

Job Location: Lekki Phase I, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • As Head of Finance, you will be responsible for maintaining financial procedures and systems, accounting, auditing, reporting, collection, accuracy, tax, budgeting, and working capital management for the Company.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all financial activities of the company, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Manage financial relationships with banks, investors, and other stakeholders.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting systems.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements like cash flow statement, balance sheet and profit and loss statement.
  • Provide guidance on revenue enhancement, cost reduction and profit maximization.
  • Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Manage payroll and tax procedures.
  • Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
  • Cooperate with auditors in preparing audit reports.
  • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
  • Lead and mentor the accounting team

Person Specification

  • Chartered Accountant (ACCA) or (ACA) qualification mandatory.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a CFO or equivalent in a mid-sized company.
  • Strong understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Master's Degree in Finance or Business Administration preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Computer proficiency in financial software (e.g., Accounting Software, ERP systems).

Salary

  • N350,000 monthly net.
