We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Account Clerk

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary


  • The Account Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the daily financial operations of the lounge.
  • This includes handling accounts receivable and payable, recording transactions, managing petty cash and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record all financial transactions in the accounting system accurately and timely
  • Process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
  • Monitor and reconcile lounge income, including bar sales, food sales, and other services
  • Maintain and reconcile petty cash and ensure all expenses are properly accounted for
  • Follow up on customer payments and outstanding balances (if applicable)
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales summaries and submit reports to Finance Manager
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and expense reports
  • Liaise with external auditors or consultants as needed
  • Report any discrepancies or financial concerns to the Finance Manager or Lounge Manager.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • At least 1 - 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Excel
  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Integrity and ability to handle confidential information professionally

Salary
N80,000 monthly.

2.) Kitchen Assistant

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Promptly resumes for the shift and registers appropriately in the Attendance tracking device.
  • Sets up stations, count food stock and collect all necessary supplies to prepare menu for service.
  • Arrange kitchen utensils and equipment in attractive and functional displays.
  • Washes, cuts and prepares food designated for cooking.
  • Maintains a prepared and sanitary work area always.
  • Keeps the work area clean and tidy all through the shift.
  • Responsible for carrying out basic food preparation tasks, such as washing and peeling food.
  • Arrange sauces and supplementary garnishes for allocated stations.
  • Assist in the preparation of meal by chopping vegetables, making salads and putting together entries.
  • Measure ingredients for specific food items being prepared
  • Do basic food preparation and make sure that the cook and chefs have everything they need to prepare meals.
  • Responsible for washing kitchen appliances, work surfaces, floors and walls and keeping the kitchen clean.
  • Organize the store room as well as unloading deliveries from suppliers 
  • Ensure the Kitchen is always kept sanitary for the preparation of meals
  • Clean food preparation areas, kitchen surfaces and utensils.
  • Clean dirty food preparation utensils and return to the appropriate area.
  • Collect and dispose of kitchen waste.
  • Responsible for Maintaining sanitation health and safety standards in the work place.
  • Assist the Chef and Cook to carry out a great deal of functions.
  • Clean, stock and restock work stations and display cases.
  • Responsible for carrying out task quickly and competently.
  • Disposes off leftover food properly. ? Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently.
  • Ensure that the dishes and the working area are clean always.
  • Complies with the company set out Policy and Procedures
  • Assist with all duties as assigned by the Cook or Chef.

Salary
N70,000 Monthly.

3.) Pastry Chef

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Descriptions

  • Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, pizzas, bread etc. following traditional and modern recipes
  • Create new and exciting desserts to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers
  • Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting
  • Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar etc. and make appropriate orders within budget
  • Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking
  • Guide and motivate pastry assistants and bakers to work more efficiently
  • Identify staffing needs and help recruit and train personnel
  • Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards
  • Weighing and measuring ingredients
  • Contributing ideas to the menu

Other Requirements:

  • Proven experience as Pastry Chef, baker or relevant role
  • Great attention to detail and creativity
  • Organizing and leadership skills
  • Willingness to replenish professional knowledge
  • In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and baking techniques and nutrition
  • Working knowledge of baking with ingredient limitations (pastries that are gluten free, sugarless etc.)
  • Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking or relevant field will be an added advantage.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
