1.) Fiber Engineer

Job Description

• The Fiber Optic Design Engineer Specialist is responsible for conducting fiber optic detailed network design for middle mile and last mile fiber-based networks or Fiber to the Home projects.

2.) Performance Management Officer (PMO)

Job Location: Marina, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Design, implement and monitor Performance Management to enable employees and teams understanding of the goals of the organization and to identify how individual and team outputs contribute to the achievement of the organization’s objectives.
• Develop KPIs for all roles in the group, ensuring each unit has a job profile bible.
• Manage and coordinate organization-wide efforts to ensure that performance management and performance improvement programs are developed and managed using a data-driven approach that sets priorities for improvements in line with on-going strategic imperatives
• Provide support and coordination for Performance Management and improvement initiatives, ensuring their alignment to improving the organization’s operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness; and ultimately evaluating the impact that these initiatives have on organizational performance
• Ensure targeted communication in the performance management process to enable managers to effectively evaluate and measure individual and team performance and to optimize performance and productivity.
• Continuously seek to improve the performance management process, by taking identified bottlenecks and areas of improvements and proffering solutions to them by updating policies and simulations.

3.) Fiber Technician

Job Locations: Abuja (FCT), Ibadan - Oyo, Port Harcourt - Rivers & Marina - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess OND / HND / Bachelor's Degrees with 2 - 5 years relevant work experience.
• Splicing Technician should be able to prep fiber optic cables into new enclosures, splice trays and fusion splice optic fiber cable ranging from single fiber to large count cables including performing mid entries, or ring cut when needed.
