1.) Product Coordinator

Job Description
Product Coordinator:


  • Product Coordinator works with cross-functional teams to ensure that the business, quality and functional goals are met with each product release.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and have visibility at each stage of the delivery lifecycle.
  • Works closely with Product owners to understand the business requirements and translates into work for the engineering team.

Job Duties

  • Deliver high quality product release increments on time, within budget and scope.
  • Provide visibility on product vision and strategy to the engineering team.
  • Work with product management and engineering leadership to plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product.
  • Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on.
  • Communicate engineering productivity and feature progress to product stakeholders.
  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
  • Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and clarification of the user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinates the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities.
  • Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals.
  • Create reports to communicate each stage of the feature delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Experience in Home Care, Healthcare or Medical Devices, preferred.
  • Excellent communication and meticulous planning skills.
  • Comfortably work in a fast paced, often ambiguous and event driven high performance workplace.
  • The will to collaborate, negotiate and influence, effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledgeable in building and implementing technology solutions and/or applications, preferred.
  • Knowledgeable in Agile/Scrum development processes.
  • Ability to present and explain technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • Advanced critical thinking, problem solving, and emotional intelligence skills.

2.) Client Experience Representative

Job Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Summary

  • A Client Experience Representative to provide support to our clients for software solutions.
  • The ideal Representative will be knowledgeable and enthusiastic home health, home care, or hospice professional who enjoys making a positive impact on patients' lives across the country.

Responsibilities

  • Provide consultative support and solutions for all Axxess clients; answer questions via phone and support ticketing center, resolve problems and offer general assistance for the day-to-day operations of our various products 
  • Partner effectively to provide quality support, while always upholding company values 
  •  Respond rapidly and provide prompt support to client concerns; escalate unresolved matters and maintain ownership through to a timely resolution 
  •  Receive ongoing training to maintain knowledge and relevancy within the industry and company products/services 
  •  Communicate with clientele; research to diagnose inquiries; managing database records and provide status reports on reported issues – all done with speed and professionalism 

Requirements

  •  Healthcare Industry Experience is a plus (LVN, PTA, COTA, MSW, Intake, Scheduling, Office Management, Administration, Medical Records)
  •  Bachelor's degree required 
  •  Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different personalities 
  •  Desire to anticipate customer needs paired with the drive to provide a consultative solution 
  •  Excellent communication skills; presentation, written, and verbal
  •  Demonstrated ability to organize and implement priorities; manage multiple tasks, in a dynamic setting

3.) Operations Manager

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are searching for an Operations Manager to manage the daily operations of Cavista.
  • This role will ensure that the business is well-coordinated and productive by managing its processes and coaching its people.
  • The area of responsibility for this role is very wide and thus requires thorough knowledge of various company processes.

Requirements

  • Deliver operational excellence by managing daily operations to support the business
  • Collaborate with management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans
  • Manage operational processes and performance, recommend solutions for improvement
  • Implement and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives
  • Nurture and maintain relationships with all leaders, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals
  • Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operation to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 7 years of operational experience required
  • Experience in technology or healthcare industry a plus
  • Master's Degree is a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, and talent management
  • Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and anticipate customer needs through effective communication
  • Demonstrable proficiency with technology to include Microsoft office tools
  • Desire and ability to work effectively in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, set and implement priorities and manage multiple tasks.
