We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Professional Assistant

Job Location: Apapa, Lagos

Purpose of the Job 


  • To provide strategic support to the Director’s office by managing correspondence, coordinating activities, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering effective communication across stakeholders, while driving initiatives that enhance corporate communications, external engagement, and business development across the FMN Group. 

The Job 

  • Manage all correspondence addressed to the office, ensuring timely routing and response to support strategic priorities. 
  • Act as the first point of contact for the Director's office, managing visitors and fostering stakeholder relationships to enhance organizational collaboration. 
  • Take detailed minutes during high-level meetings, ensuring prompt production, circulation, and follow-up on actionable outcomes aligned with strategic goals. 
  • Oversee the readiness and availability of essential office tools, including communication systems and digital platforms, to ensure seamless operations. 
  • Produce impactful documents, briefing papers, reports, and visually engaging presentations, incorporating design elements and data insights to support decision-making. 
  • Follow up with departments on executive office matters, driving accountability and progress on cross-functional projects. 
  • Leveraging people skills to enhance corporate communications, manage digital assets, and coordinate external relations efforts, supporting strategic initiatives across the entire FMN Group. 
  • Represent the Director's office in business development, stakeholder engagements, and strategic presentations, contributing to organizational growth and innovation. 
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to provide strategic recommendations and actionable insights for the Director’s initiatives. 

Qualifications

  • HND / BSc in any relevant course. 
  • Professional Qualification will be an added advantage. 

Experience:

  • 2 years of cognate experience. 

The Person Must:

  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Have high level of confidentiality and discretion 
  • Have adequate time management skills. 
  • Pay high attention to details.
