We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Maintenance Officer


Job Location: Onitsha, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Monitor ongoing maintenance activities and the performance of vechicles.
  • Resolve urgent issues by arranging immediate repairs and taking preventive measures to avoid recurrent faults.
  • Analyze breakdowns and failures to address root causes and prevent recurrence.
  • Update and maintain maintenance logs and records using maintenance management systems.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure alignment of goals and effective execution of maintenance plans.
  • Review and recommend modifications to maintenance equipment and processes.
  • Supervise the techanicians to ensure smooth operation.

Education and Certification Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degrees in Engineering,or related field is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in maintenance management such as a Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Plant Engineer (CPE) will be an added advantage.
  • Several years of experience in maintenance operations, with proven leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the specific tools, equipment, and systems used in the industry.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Salary
N150,000 Monthly.

2.) Administrative Supervisor

Job Location: Coker, Alafia - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage administrative staff to ensure they perform their duties efficiently.
  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the organization.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Maintain and update office records and databases.
  • Prepare and manage the administrative department's budget.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Review and approve supply requisitions and manage inventory.
  • Handle escalated issues and resolve conflicts within the administrative team and Facility challanges.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to administrative staff.
  • Train and onboard new administrative employees.
  • Develop and implement office management strategies to increase efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage administrative projects and initiatives.

Administrative Supervisor Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Master's degree in a related field is and added advantage.
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirement.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in office management software and tools.
  • Experience in budget management and financial reporting.
  • Basic knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.

3.) Customer Service Representative

Job Location: Okpara Avenue, Enugu

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide information about our logistics services, pricing, and delivery options.
  • Answer customer inquiries about parcel registration, collection, and general logistics processes.
  • Efficiently register parcels into the system ensuring accuracy in customer details, parcel specifications, and delivery instructions.
  • Verify customer identification and collect necessary information for the registration process.
  • Facilitate the smooth and secure collection of parcels by verifying customers' details and providing the correct parcels.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, securely issuing receipts, and maintaining an organized cash register.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures related to financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with Central Processing Station (CPS) and Resolutions teams to ensure timely and accurate parcel deliveries.
  • Ensure adherence to parcel release protocols and document any deviations.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the other unit to resolve issues and provide feedback to improve service quality.
  • Assist in managing station logistics, including organizing parcels for dispatch and tripping.
  • Stay informed about updates in logistics processes and share relevant information with the team.
  • Provide exceptional service to our walk-in customers, The responsibilities revolve around efficiently registering and collecting parcels, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience at our station.

Salary
N70,000 monthly.
