1.) Outlet Supervisor

Job Location: Osogbo, Osun

Job Description
The Outlet Supervisor will be responsible for the following:
Operational Leadership:


  • Manage day-to-day operations of the outlet (production & shop floor).
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the shop floor.
  • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including ordering and restocking.
  • Oversee the preparation and baking of a variety of pastries, desserts, breads, and gelato.
  • Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation of all products.
  • Ensure the secure and organized handling of cash and other payment methods.
  • Generate customer invoices and receipts for takeout and delivery orders.
  • Verify the accuracy of billing information and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of daily financial transactions.
  • Reconcile cash registers and prepare daily financial reports.
  • Reconcile daily cash transactions with financial records.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements as required.
  • Collaborate with the finance team and management to ensure accurate financial documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Participate in internal and external audits as needed.

Customer Service:

  • Foster a customer-centric environment.
  • Train and lead staff in providing outstanding customer service.
  • Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly.
  • Uphold brand standards for quality and service.

Team Management:

  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Schedule staff shifts effectively to meet operational needs.

Sales and Marketing:

  • Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities.
  • Monitor sales trends and identify opportunities for growth.

Recipe Development & production Planning:

  • Stay informed about industry trends and introduce innovative and seasonal product offerings.
  • Create and modify recipes to meet the company's standards and customer preferences.
  • Conduct research to stay current with product trends and techniques.

Ordering and Inventory Management:

  • Source and select high-quality ingredients for production.
  • Manage inventory of production raw materials and supplies.
  • Place orders for ingredients and supplies as needed from HQ.
  • Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.

Quality Control:

  • Implement quality control measures to ensure that all products meet established standards.
  • Conduct regular tastings and evaluations.
  • Ensure that all products are well presented in an aesthetically pleasing manner.

Hygiene and Safety:

  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Monitor and enforce cleanliness and sanitation in the pastry kitchen.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 3 years of similar work experience.

2.) Sales Supervisor / Executive

Job Location: Wuse Zone 5, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Operational Leadership:

  • Acting as a point of contact between customers and Hatlab Ice Cream Delite.
  • You will be responsible for negotiating terms of sales agreements and closing deals with customers.
  • You will actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, securing outdoor venues, negotiating wholesale deals with restaurants, supermarkets, schools etc., networking and social media.
  • You will be responsible for developing business proposals, submissions, customers visitations and follow up till they translate to sales.
  • You will be responsible for preparing sales performance reports on a weekly, monthly quarterly and annual basis and presentations to the management.
  • You will support promotional sales activities on our social media platforms for improved revenue generation.
  • The sales executive will work closely with the sales supervisor to manage and supervise the team for increased productivity and maximum compliance.
  • You will develop new sales initiatives, monitor trends, and carry out surveys to ensure we always maintain a competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND with 2- 3 years of similar work experience.
  • Candidate must be very social and outgoing
  • The candidate must know the environs of Abuja.

3.) Account Officer

Job Location: Wuse Zone 5, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Financial Transactions:

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions, including both accounts payable (money the company owes) and accounts receivable (money owed to the company)
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.

Bank Reconciliation:

  • Reconcile bank statements to ensure that the company's records match those of the bank.
  • Identify and rectify any discrepancies in financial statements.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

  • Contribute to the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Monitor actual financial performance against budgeted figures.

Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant regulations.
  • Facilitate in the smooth conduct of internal and external audits.

Inventory Management:

  • Oversee the organization and management of inventory levels.
  • Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as necessary to avoid stockouts.

Auditing and Control:

  • Conduct regular audits of inventory to track movements and identify discrepancies.
  • Implement and enforce inventory control procedures.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and production departments to optimize inventory levels based on demand forecasts.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to gather relevant information.

Efficiency and Cost Control:

  • Work to minimize carrying costs while ensuring that the company has an adequate supply of products.
  • Identify and implement strategies to improve efficiency in the storage and handling of inventory.

Documentation:

  • Maintain organized and comprehensive documentation of financial transactions and up-to-date records of inventory transactions.
  • Implement systems for easy retrieval of inventory data.

Reporting:

  • Support in the preparation of financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements.
  • Assist in the analysis of financial data and presentation of financial performance to management.
  • Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and related metrics.
  • Provide insights into inventory performance and recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an OND / Bachelor's Degree / HND with 1 - 2 years of similar work experience. 

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
