We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Receivable Accountant

Job Location: Lagos
Job Type: Permanent / Full time

Job Description


  • Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable
  • Creates invoices according to company practices
  • Submits invoices to customers
  • Maintains and updates customer files, including name or address changes, mergers, or mailing attentions

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 5 years’ oil and gas experience 
  • Possession of ACCA or ACA is a must.
  • Knowledge of accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, etc.)
  • Strong analysis and financial modelling skills with advanced use of Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
  • Strong presentation skills with advanced use of Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation tools.
  • Advanced skills in other Microsoft Office applications, Word, Outlook, Knowledge of MS Project.

2.) Capital Management and Treasury Manager

Job Location: Lagos
Job Type: Contract

Job Description

  • Develop and execute the company’s capital management strategy to ensure adequate funding for operational and growth initiatives.
  • Optimize the company’s capital structure, balancing equity, debt, and retained earnings to achieve financial sustainability.
  • Identify and recommend funding sources, including debt financing, equity injections, and strategic investments.
  • Oversee daily treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and fund allocations.
  • Develop and implement a debt management strategy, ensuring timely servicing of loans and credit lines.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance standards related to treasury and capital management.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, including market volatility, credit exposure, and liquidity constraints.
  • Develop financial models to support decision-making on capital projects, investments, and funding strategies.
  • Track and report on key financial KPIs, including networking capital, free cash flow, and return on assets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA, Finance) is an advantage.
  • 7+ years of experience in treasury management, corporate finance, or capital planning, preferably in the oil & gas or energy sector
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, and risk assessment techniques.
  • CFA, ACCA, ICAN, CTP (Certified Treasury Professional), or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in hedging strategies, foreign exchange management, and debt structuring.
  • Expertise in treasury management systems (TMS) and financial ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of local and international financial regulations and reporting standards (IFRS, GAAP, etc.).

3.) Lead Instrumentation and Controls Engineer

Job Location: Lagos
Job Type: Permanent / Full time

Job Description

  • Develop and implement long-term I&C strategies aligned with company objectives and industry best practices.
  • Lead the evaluation and selection of new technologies to enhance plant efficiency, safety, and environmental performance.
  • Provide I&C leadership throughout all project phases: from design and construction to commissioning and operation.
  • Ensure I&C design integrity by reviewing drawings, specifications, and contractor work, ensuring compliance with standards and codes.
  • Develop and optimize control systems by designing, modifying, and testing control logic to achieve desired performance and reliability.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and capital project assessments for I&C improvements.

Requirements

  • First Degree or equivalent in Engineering Degree (Electrical, Electronic, Instrumentation) or European Equivalent (HND/C – BTEC Cert)
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in Instrumentation and Controls design, engineering and construction projects in oil and gas industry - specific experience with complex instrumentation and control systems. At least 5 years in a senior role overseeing project design and onsite commissioning of plants
  • Strong knowledge of PLC/DCS systems, control valves, instrumentation, and field devices.
  • Experience with safety instrumented systems (SIS) and functional safety assessments.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as HMI/SCADA, engineering software, and data analysis tools.
