We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Sales Representative

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking proactive and results-driven Sales Representatives to promote and sell our range of real estate offerings (houses and land) to both new and existing clients.
• The ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a professional appearance, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell properties to new and existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify sales leads and convert them into successful deals.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up.
• Represent the brand professionally at all times.
• Travel occasionally to client sites and property locations.

Requirements

• Minimum of a university degree.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to drive (a valid driver’s license is an added advantage).
• Good dress sense and professional appearance.
• Hardworking, loyal, and result-oriented.
• Self-driven and highly motivated.
• Resides close to the office (Lekki axis preferred).
• Prior experience in real estate sales is an added advantage.

Salary
N120,000 per month.

2.) Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Job Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our operations, strengthen creative production workflows, drive marketing initiatives, and manage key partnerships.
• The ideal candidate will ensure smooth delivery of high-quality content and operational excellence across all units.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across productions, events, and media projects.
• Lead content development and ensure high-quality storytelling.
• Manage planning, budgeting, logistics, vendors, and talent.
• Supervise production teams and freelancers.
• Execute marketing, PR, and digital growth strategies.
• Build and maintain client, sponsor, and partner relationships.
• Represent the company in meetings and negotiations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Media Studies, or related fields
• Proven media, content creation, or operations management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage people and complex projects.
