1.) Senior Sales Account Manager
Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Achieve the sales target, and ensure customer retention
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Serve as the primary customer contact for all account management matters (technical and business issues) for assigned accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Presenting Sales analytics and forecasts to the management monthly.
- Ensure customer data is updated and customer activity is effectively tracked in the CRM.
- Leverage existing relationships with partners and customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline/account planning.
- Keep up to date with the market and provide business intelligence as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or any related studies or experience in the same field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in Sales and Business Development in the Telecom sector is an edge.
- Corporate sales experience in one of the big companies MTN Nigeria, Airtel Nigeria, Globacom Limited, or 9Mobile) is preferred.
- B2B sales representative in lubricants for one of the large big chains >> NNPC, Total Energies, FORTE OIL / Enyo, MRS, Conoil, Mobil, aim, NIPCO, Rain Oi is preferred.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Commercial acumen.
- Excellent skills in closing deals.
- CRM/ Salesforce, and MS Office proficiency.
- Market insight and research skills.
2.) Technical Support Officer
Job Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Operating effectively under pressure and maintaining availability at all times to address and resolve issues promptly.
- Proficiency in negotiation and contract management with petrol stations
- Provision of ongoing and comprehensive training for petrol station staff and managers on the utilization of the PetroApp system
- Establishment of station accounts on the PetroApp system and diligent follow-up on station requests.
- Oversight of service quality provided to customers at petrol stations
- Distribution of POS devices to gas stations and resolution of related issues
- Installation of NFC tags on customer vehicles and management of associated tasks
- Establishment of a network of freelancers for the installation of NFC tags on customers' vehicles.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience, preferably in oil services (major petrol station chains, lubricant), as an Operations Manager or Area Operations Manager for prominent entities such as NNPC, Total Energies, Forte Oil/Enyo, MRS, Conoil, Mobil, AIM, NIPCO, Rain Oil.
- B2B experience is essential.
- Proficiency in multitasking and internal control.
- Strong aptitude for analyzing information and translating it for various departments.
- Capability to manage sensitive and confidential data.
- Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Any relevant experience would be advantageous.

3.) Sales Manager

- The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales through strategic relationship building with prospective clients, fostering new business growth within designated accounts, overseeing a team of sales professionals, and meeting sales objectives.
- He / She will engage in collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams to pinpoint and capitalize on business prospects, negotiate contracts effectively, and uphold high levels of customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure success.

- B2B experience is essential.
- Demonstrated success in sales management, particularly in the automotive oil services industry as a B2B sales manager or area sales manager for prominent chains such as NNPC, Total Energies, FORTE OIL / Enyo, MRS, Conoil, Mobil, AIM, NIPCO, Rain Oil, or in the telecommunications sector with companies like MTN Nigeria, Airtel Nigeria, Globacom Limited, or 9Mobile.
- In-depth product knowledge encompassing the company's offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data, preparing comprehensive reports, and delivering impactful presentations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
4.) Station Operation Manager

Job Description:
- The Stations Operations Manager will oversee a team of supervisors tasked with negotiating contracts with major petrol station chains to deliver filling services to corporate clients through automated systems, while also adeptly resolving any operational challenges that may arise.
- The ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate strong negotiation skills, and a proven ability to successfully broker deals within the petroleum industry.
Responsibilities
- Hiring and managing a team of station supervisors around the country.
- Develop and execute strategic petroleum station contracting plans to ensure optimal coverage in key locations
- Provision of ongoing and comprehensive training for petrol station staff and managers on the utilization of the PetroApp system
