Job Summary


  • The Sales Lead will be responsible for the management and coordination of the sales team. He/ She will also
  • be responsible for generating new idea while attracting potential customers & retaining existing ones.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for identifying and developing relationships with industry professionals to generate new business opportunities.
  • Responsible for improving new requirements by remaining updated on industry trends, competitor activities & offerings
  • Responsible for attending industry events and other meetings to stay abreast of market conditions, competition, and establish relationships with existing clients and prospects.
  • Assisting in the proposal process with the marketing and project management teams.
  • Responsible for representing the company at networking events or meetings to promote the company’s products and services
  • Responsible for developing and presenting relevant business proposals.
  • Responsible for conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or its equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience as a Sales Executive in the finance industry.
  • Must have experience in marketing and generation of new lead
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbally, written and presentation) skills
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business acumen and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.

Job Position: Personal Assistant

Job Summary

  • The Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive to provide support so that they can focus on their core functions.
  • In addition, the Personal Assistant to the Chief executive will carry out the marketing function.
  • The Personal Assistant will be responsible for all clerical, administrative, and project-based duties which include but are not limited to scheduling travel, running errands, organizing meetings, handling information requests, preparing reports and correspondence, and liaising with board members. 
  • The Personal Assistant will also manage the CEO’s schedule and workload while ensuring he is adequately prepared for meetings, and also work with Internal and External vendors in order to achieve the Organization’s aims and Objectives.

Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for managing the Chief Executive’s emails, posts, and other correspondents.
  • Responsible for keeping scheduled meetings, preparing agenda and representation as directed by the Chief Executive
  • Responsible for organizing travels and preparing travels Itinerary
  • Responsible for arranging logistics for visitors, coordinating conference calls, transcribing notes, and typing correspondence.
  • Responsible for planning, organizing, and managing events as directed by the Chief Executive
  • Responsible for ensuring meetings are to be cancelled and are done well ahead of time.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree and must be versatile in a selected field of specialization.
  • 2- 4 years of experience as a personal assistant to the MD/CEO.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in research studies
  • Exceptional time management skills, people skills, strong customer service focus, and exemplary work ethics.

Job Summary

  • The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for ensuring existing customers get a great first impression of the spa.
  • He /She will also be responsible for responding to queries appropriately, hitch-free booking, and payment service. He/ She will also be responsible for managing a team of beauty therapists and ensuring they deliver quality service to every customer

 Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for checking, answering, and returning phone calls
  • Responsible for welcoming messages, and appointment reminders.
  • Responsible for setting up and maintaining reminders for birthdays, anniversaries, and other special occasions
  • Responsible for acting as a liaison between clients and management, developing strong client relationships, and ensuring exceptional client experience over the phone and in person.
  • Responsible for responding to all membership inquiries including selling various membership packages, and renewals and processing payments when necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree and must be versatile in a selected field of specialization.
