We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Performance Marketing Specialist

Job Location: Lagos (Remote)

What You Will be Doing

• Planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various social media platforms, including X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and others.
• Utilizing GA4, Analytics, PostHog, and AppsFlyer to monitor and analyze campaign performance, generating insights and reports to measure ROI and make data-driven decisions.
• Developing and implementing customer acquisition funnels to maximize conversion rates and user retention.
• Designing and managing programmatic advertising campaigns to reach target audiences effectively.
• Leveraging knowledge of platforms like Zikoko, Techcabal, and Eskimi for targeted advertising opportunities.
• Creating comprehensive paid marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
• Managing campaign budgets effectively to ensure optimal allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to align paid campaigns with overall marketing strategies.

What your day-to-day looks like:

• Reviewing and analyzing campaign performance data using GA4, Analytics, PostHog, and AppsFlyer and other tools.
• Adjusting and optimizing live campaigns based on performance insights.
• Create dashboards and reports
• Developing new creative and copy for upcoming campaigns.
• Communicating with platform representatives from X, Facebook, Instagram, Zikoko, Techcabal, and Eskimi to explore new advertising opportunities.
• Monitoring budget spending and making necessary adjustments to stay within budget while maximizing campaign impact.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing strategies.
• Preparing and presenting reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements
What you need to have:

• Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Specialist or similar role in the cryptocurrency industry.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing/Performance Marketing or Minimum of 3 years' experience in similar roles in the cryptocurrency industry, preferably with a crypto wallet or exchange.
• Proficiency in GA4, Analytics, PostHog, AppsFlyer, and other relevant tools.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, including X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and their advertising capabilities.
• Experience with programmatic advertising and customer acquisition funnels.
• Familiarity with advertising on platforms such as Zikoko, Techcabal, and Eskimi.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English.

2.) Market Operations Associate

Job Location: Lagos (Remote)

About You

• We are looking for someone who would be involved in supporting the day-to-day activities of the Retail business for Quidax- the crypto currency trading platform.
• This role provides you an opportunity to demonstrate your special set of skills and requires the highest level of professional excellence and competence.

About the Job

• We need a Market Operations Associate to support the objective of our market operations which oversees all Retail activities through exchange trading and liquidity, settlement, reporting and other operations.
• An associate whose primary responsibilities are to support all operations as assigned by the Portfolio Manager in order to ensure maximum profitability and operational efficiency.

What your day to day at Quidax might look like:

• Monitoring the exchange to ensure easy and seamless execution of all customers related trades.
• Ensuring all market orders are loaded and report liquidity and all operational status as assigned by the Portfolio Manager
• Monitoring all orderbook processes to ensure no loopholes leading to failed trades before customer success picks on it
• Keeping daily trading blotter record of all Retail trades: Position and P&L
• Working closely with data analysts to provide useful data points in support of Market Operations
• Working closely with Treasury for timely market discovery and rate trending

Job Requirements
What you need to have:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Trading Financial markets instruments (Currencies, Commodities or Fixed Income). Crypto trading experience provides an edge.
• 3 years of technical trading experience in Crypto or Financial instruments.
• CFA/ACI or its equivalent.
• Experience working for a Crypto Exchange.
• Experience in order book trading.

Nice to have:

• Experience working for a Crypto Exchange.
• Experience in Orderbook Trading.
• Experience in a Traditional Finance/Banking Environment

3.) Business Development Manager

Job Location: Lagos (Remote)

What You Will Be Doing

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive the growth of our crypto exchange in Africa, with a focus on Nigeria and Ghana.
• Leveraging your network of KOLs in Nigeria and other African countries to promote our platform and enhance brand visibility.
• Developing and managing an affiliate marketing program to drive user acquisition and engagement.
• Identifying and securing strategic partnerships to enhance the platform's offerings and reach.
• Conducting thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the African crypto landscape.
• Providing insights and recommendations based on market analysis to support business strategy and decision-making.
• Developing and executing comprehensive business development plans and initiatives.

What your day-to-day looks like:

• Engaging with potential business partners and influencers to explore and establish collaboration opportunities.
• Monitoring and analyzing the performance of affiliate networks, optimizing strategies to achieve business goals.
• Communicating with partners to create mutually beneficial opportunities and initiatives.
• Staying updated with the latest developments in the crypto market, especially within Africa.
• Preparing and presenting reports on business development activities and progress to stakeholders.
• Collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to align business development efforts with overall company strategy.

Requirements
What you need to have:

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Business Development or Minimum 3 years' experience in similar roles in the cryptocurrency industry, preferably with a crypto wallet or exchange.
• In-depth understanding of the cryptocurrency market, particularly in Africa, ideally with a focus on Nigeria and Ghana.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience in managing affiliate marketing programs and driving user acquisition.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
