We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Internal Auditor

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Internal Auditorto evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes within our furniture manufacturing operations. 
• The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, and experience in auditing financial and operational practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular internal audits of financial, operational, and compliance activities across departments, especially in production, procurement, and inventory.
• Evaluate internal controls related to manufacturing processes including raw material procurement, production cycles, cost management, and product delivery.
• Examine accounting records, reports, operating practices, and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
• Monitor inventory systems and perform physical inventory checks to detect discrepancies or inefficiencies.
• Prepare audit reports with findings and recommendations, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Collaborate with department heads to support the implementation of audit recommendations.
• Review payroll and labor records to verify accuracy and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Assess vendor contracts and procurement transactions to ensure transparency and proper value for money.
• Identify potential areas of improvement in operational effectiveness and financial integrity.
• Assist external auditors during statutory audits by providing necessary documentation and clarification.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, CIA, or CISA certification is an advantage.
• Proven experience (5+years) in internal auditing, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, cost accounting, and inventory control systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
• Strong ethics and high level of integrity.

2.) Machine Operator 

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Operate various machinery, including CNC routers, edge banders, panel saws, boring machines, and sanders.
• Set up machines according to specifications and production schedules.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy, quality, and conformance to specifications.
• Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
• Proven experience operating woodworking or furniture manufacturing machinery.
• Familiarity with CNC machines and production equipment.

3.) Sales and Customer Service Executive

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

The Position

• We are looking for Sales and Customer Service Executives to support our client relationship by responding to customer’s request, providing appropriate information and closing out on sales with prospective clients.

Responsibilities

• Promptly and cordially, answer the company’s phone lines.
• Reply and respond to all client request and messages on all our available platforms.
• Ensure that the customers who come into the showroom area are well attended to and patronize the business.
• Generate income for the company to an agreed annual defined target of revenue and increase the company’s year on year revenue.
• Identifying and following up on prospective clients within defined area and/or target reach
• Ensure that the monthly laid down sales target is met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or other related field.
• 4 - 7 years of experience in a sales and customer service role.
• Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office packages.
• Should be adept in sales, office administration and project management.
• Prior Experience working with a furniture manufacturing company will be an added advantage.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 / Month.
