1.) Project / Programs Manager

Overview


  • We are seeking a results-oriented and dynamic Project/Programs Manager to lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of organizational projects and programs.
  • This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and impact.

Key Responsibilities:
Project/Program Planning:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project/program objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Develop detailed work plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Identify risks and create mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

Execution and Coordination:

  • Oversee day-to-day program activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and organizational standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, partners, and vendors to achieve milestones.
  • Manage and monitor budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to financial guidelines.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including partners, funders, and beneficiaries.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, addressing concerns and feedback.
  • Facilitate regular meetings to communicate progress and align on goals.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

  • Establish metrics to measure the success and impact of projects/programs.
  • Track progress using tools and systems, generating regular status reports.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Strategic Development:

  • Contribute to the development of long-term program strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Identify new opportunities for funding, partnerships, or program growth.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.

Team Leadership:

  • Supervise project team members, providing guidance and performance feedback.

Qualifications
Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Experience:

  • 3-5+ years of experience managing projects or programs in a corporate, nonprofit, or public sector environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data tracking and reporting.
  • Knowledge of budget management and financial reporting.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Additional Requirements:

  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.

Salary
N250,000 - N350,000 monthly.

2.) IT Assistant

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Continuing Essential Functions:
Technical Support:

  • Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Respond to IT support requests in a timely manner through the ticketing system, email, or in person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with computers, printers, peripherals, and other hardware devices.

Network Support:

  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues relating to work spaces such as Google Drive & Teams.
  • Set up and configure email accounts, Access Grants for new employees and existing employees.
  • Maintain and manage inventory of IT assets, ensuring proper documentation.

Data Backup and Security:

  • Assist in implementing and maintaining data backup procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s data security policies and procedures.
  • Help in monitoring cybersecurity threats and alerting relevant personnel to risks.

Training and Documentation:

  • Provide basic training and guidance to staff on IT systems, software, and best practices.
  • Maintain documentation for IT processes, systems, and user manuals.
  • Assist in creating and updating IT policies and procedures.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with the IT Manager and other team members to provide seamless IT support across the organization.
  • Communicate effectively with non-technical staff to ensure understanding and resolution of IT issues.

Qualifications
Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Basic knowledge of networking principles and configurations.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and cloud-based applications.
  • Knowledge of antivirus software, firewalls, and cybersecurity best practices.
