Job Position: Junior Sales Representative

Job Location: Lagos

Overview

• As the Junior Sales Representative, you will provide complete and appropriate solutions to every customer’s need of BONITA TREATS in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. 

Key Responibilities

• Present, promote and sell our products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Merchandise and promote optimal display of products in different stores.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Collection of bank cheques and processing of stores orders as appropriate.
• Identifying new supermarkets/stores with high traffic for possible entry.
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
• Improve product shelf displays at all designated stores within your purview.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Developing relationships with floor managers, shelvers, procurement managers to aid the business.
• Continuously improve through feedback.
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirement & Skills

• ND in any Business or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of modern trade sales experience
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
