We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Loan & Deposit Marketing Staff

Job Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role and Responsibilities

• Identify and profile key prospect among Blue-chip companies and High Net worth Individuals
• Initiate and maintain relationships with clients
• Oversees the growth and development of his/her portfolio in terms of profitability, number of accounts, volume and deposit level target
• Meet and exceed sales revenue and profitability goals.
• Undertake activities/engagements that will position the firm as the industry reference/Go-To firm for deposit placement and financial advisory
• Design and implementation of business development strategy
• Prepare marketing plans and strategies to achieve the objective to grow the Retail business.
• Coordinate the execution of business initiatives by identifying business opportunities and developing financing solutions to meet the needs of customers/clients
• Customer relationship management
• Knowledge of MS Office Programs, particularly Excel and Powerpoint

Requirements

• University Degrees in Banking & Finance, Economics, Accounting, and/or related professional qualifications.
• 3 years and above banking experience, in Relationship banking; Marketing, Retail Banking,
• Additional Professional Qualification would be an advantage
• Treasury Marketing (Deposit Mobilisation), SMEs, Sales.

Key Requirement:

• Preferred candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of loan mobilization/deposit marketing in a finance house or commercial bank.

Salary
N100,000 / month.
