Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and skilled Loan Officer to join our team.
• As a Loan Officer, you will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, conducting creditworthiness assessments, and recommending loan approvals.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Loan Products.
• Evaluate loan applications and supporting documents to determine creditworthiness.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend loan approvals or declines.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as credit analysts and branch managers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote other banking products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in any field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in loan origination, credit analysis, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of credit principles, risk management, and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and loan origination software.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 / month.
